MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
HELD AT 6.30PM,WEDNESDAY 3 JUNE 2020 via ZOOM
Present: Mr D Forman (Chair); Mrs L Mills (Clerk); Mr D White; Mr J Poole; Mrs J Moreton; Mr S Perry; Mr J Moore; Cllr W Gray

2. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS AGM
The Minutes of the meeting held on 10 April 2019 were agreed as accurate and therefore signed by the Chair.
3. MATTERS ARISING:
None.
4. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT:
DF thanked everyone for their input over the last year. He also thanked those who had been volunteering to help residents during the Coronavirus crisis.
5. TREASURER’S REPORT:
LM provided the Treasurer’s Report. The account balance at 31 March 2020 was £3386.55. The District Council precept grant of £2000 had been due in April, and the agreed Clerk’s expenses of £650.00 had also been paid during the same month, but LM did not have a bank statement for that period yet. Expenditure during the year ending 31 March 2020 had been £1312.56.
6. ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Mr Forman stepped down as Chair and Mrs Mills asked for nominations/volunteers for the roles of Chair, Vice-Chair and Clerk.
Mr White nominated Mr Forman as Chairman with Mr Poole seconding.
Mr Mills had indicated that he was willing to stand as Vice-Chair once more, so Mr White nominated with Mr Poole again providing a second.
Mrs Mills stated that she was happy to continue as Clerk, unless anyone else would like to take over.
There were no other nominations or volunteers for the above appointments. A vote was taken and all were agreed unanimously.

The meeting closed at 6.40pm, followed immediately by the first meeting of the year.
