MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING HELD AT
5.00PM, THURSDAY 3 APRIL 2025
PRESENT: Cllr D Forman (Chair); Mrs L Mills (Clerk); Cllr J Moreton; Cllr S Adams; Cllr B Adams; Cllr J Poole; Cllr D Wilkinson

2. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS AGM
These had been previously circulated via email. All agreed they were accurate, therefore DF signed them as a true record.
3. MATTERS ARISING: None
4. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT
DF reported that 2024-2025 had been a steady year. He thanked Councillors for their support throughout the year. Reminded all that there is still a vacancy and asked if anyone knew of someone who might be interested. He stated that the vacancy would be published again on the next village newsletter.
5. TREASURER’S REPORT
DF presented the Treasurer’s Report as he undertook that role in the year 2024-2025. The bill for grass cutting for that year has not yet been presented but is usually in the region of £200.00.
6. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
DF was happy to stand as Chair for the coming year. Proposed by DW, seconded by SA.
DW was happy to stand as Vice-Chair for the coming year. Proposed by BA, seconded by JM.
JM confirmed that she was happy to continue to represent Waddingworth, DW happy to continue to represent Tupholme.
There were no other volunteers or nominations. The proposals were unanimously agreed.

There being no further business, the meeting closed at 5.14pm
