MINUTES OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING HELD AT 6.00PM, MONDAY 12 JUNE 2023

1. APOLOGIES
Apologies had been received from Mr D Forman (Chair) who is away on holiday.
2. APPROVAL OF AGAR CERTIFICATE FOR 2022-2023
LM circulated the Certificate of Exemption that has to be completed annually. All agreed that it was in order and could be submitted to the auditors.
3. SAFEGUARDING
No safeguarding issues were raised.
4. DATE OF NEXT MEETING
As and when required.
